A brand-new cookbook by world-renowned chef, Raymond Blanc OBE, will be published in hardback in April 2021 to accompany his new ITV television series focusing on simple recipes for home cooks.
The Michelin-starred chef will share the secrets of a new collection of simple, rustic and accessible dishes, that can be put together easily and quickly whilst still delivering amazing results; the type of food that he makes when at home and off-duty from his restaurant, the world-famous Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. From speedy suppers and healthy salads, to light bites and quick puddings, this is delicious easy food, all with Raymond’s added skill and flair.
Raymond Blanc said: ‘We all had to find ways of getting through lockdown. Mine, naturally, was to retreat to my kitchen at home. There I was, with my casseroles, pots, pans, stove… and a dream to write a beautiful book for those who wish to cook delicious, unfussy, simple meals for family and friends.
