Michelin-starred chefs Raymond Blanc OBE & Tom Kerridge Partner Up For Charity Dinner & Online Auction To Raise Money For Hospitality Action
Michelin-starred chefs Raymond Blanc OBE and Tom Kerridge will be hosting a charity dinner and online auction for Hospitality Action at Brasserie Blanc, Beaconsfield at 7.00pm on Wednesday 18th October.
As long-term ambassadors for Hospitality Action, Raymond and Tom have joined forces to raise funds for the charity, which was established in 1837, and offers vital assistance to all who work, or have worked within hospitality in the UK. At the charity dinner guests will enjoy a seasonal four course fine dining menu curated by Raymond and Tom alongside a Champagne reception kindly supported by Lanson Champagne. Dish highlights include Raymond’s main of pan-fried stone bass with Champagne sauce and poached clams and Tom’s signature dessert, The Hand & Flowers chocolate and ale cake.
During the dinner, Tom and Raymond will spend time “in conversation” alongside a Q & A session where guests can ask the award-winning duo their burning (pun intended) culinary questions.
Sadly this event is now sold out but we are still hoping to raise as much money for Hospitality Action with the online auction and will be open to anyone, whether they are attending the dinner or not, with exclusive prizes including:
The auction link is here https://www.32auctions.com/hospitalityaction
All proceeds from the online auction will go to Hospitality Action.
Raymond Blanc OBE said: “I am delighted to be working with my dear friend, Tom, to raise money for Hospitality Action. This charity does so much for so many within the hospitality industry. Tom and I have created a menu that I am sure our guests will enjoy.”
Tom Kerridge said “Raymond and I have been friends for a long time, and it’s an absolute pleasure to be cooking alongside him in aid of such a wonderful charity. I hope people can come and support this event as I’ve seen first-hand the difference Hospitality Action makes to the hospitality industry, it really will be a very special night.”
