As Chef Director of the Diamond Club, Raymond brings his lifelong passion for creative menus, seamless service and quality, organic ingredients to the club.

The Emirates Stadium has become a landmark piece of modern architecture dominating the north London skyline. The majestic stadium provides a stage benefitting Arsenal’s ambition to become one of the world’s greatest clubs.

The Diamond Club is one of the areas in Emirates Stadium which reflects the quality, craftsmanship and tradition of Archibald Leitch’s Highbury Marble Halls. The vision for the Diamond Club is to capture and contemporise Highbury’s art deco feel in this unique space. The palette of materials used throughout the Club harks back to those 1930’s glory days. Solid dark walnut panelling with inlayed oak marquetry, bronze metalwork and polished plaster walls are all utilised but with a modern design twist.

A bespoke complimentary five course à la carte menu is available every matchday, with a team led by the Diamond Club Head Chef Thomas Fairhall. A protégé of Raymond Blanc's, Thomas was trained at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons and shares Raymond’s passion for providing beautiful cuisine using only the finest ingredients.

Members also receive complimentary drinks including Champagne, a wide selection of fine wines, beer, house spirits and soft drinks in the Diamond Club throughout the matches.
