Raymond Blanc was been interviewed for a film on BBC2 about the Michelin Guide.
Written and presented by William Sitwell, editor of Waitrose Food Illustrated, the film delves into the secretive world of Michelin to discover how and why stars are awarded, how they came to be regarded as so important and how the system works. A fascinating insight into the pressurised world of cooking at the highest level, it includes interviews with some of Britain's best known chefs, including Raymond and Marco Pierre White.
