As part of my new cooking series, Raymond Blanc Kitchen Secrets, which is coming to BBC2 in November, we are looking at food at its source. in September, we took a trip to Perthshire to do some shooting - in both senses of the word - and foraging in Scotland. I have been given some of the video clips we shot while filming to put up on the site, and hope you will enjoy them. They give you a flavour of what we were filming in this beautiful part of Great Britain, and something of what goes on behind the scenes! I am very excited about this new series: my first pure cookery series for over a decade. I hope it will reinforce the message that we must reconnect with the sources of our food. Let me know what you think of these little videos.
