The Staff Canteen visited Le Manoir. They filmed Benoit Blin, Chef Patissier, creating Le Manoir's Twist on Bounty - a deconstructed dessert of chocolate and coconut. Benoit Blin introduces members of his team and talks about the importance of training and passing skills on to the next generation.
