Fish Focus for Sustainable City Awards 2011

Raymond Blanc has joined with SustainWeb to launch the Sustainable City Awards 2011 with a focus on fish.

A competition to find the UK’s most forward thinking restaurant or caterer for sustainable fish was launched today. The City of London Corporation has teamed up with Raymond Blanc, Sustainable Fish City, the Fishmongers' Company and SeaWeb Seafood Choices as part of the prestigious Sustainable City Awards.
