Children in Need 2009: Auction Prize Winners come to Le Manoir

On Wednesday 26 May 2010, the highest bidders in the Children in Need 2009 Auction, Dr Paul Maginness and his wife Mrs Pamela Maginness came to Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons to enjoy their prize along with their guests. Terry & Mrs Wogan joined the party, along with Raymond and his fiancée Natalia.


The winning bid consisted of the following:

To personally dine with Raymond Blanc in our private dining room, La Belle Epoque, for up to 8 guests

Overnight accommodation in 4 luxury suites

A magnum of Dom Ruinart to be waiting in each suite for your arrival

A set of signed RB books for the host

A specially created 10 course signature dinner to include a Champagne aperitif with individually selected wines to match each course, with personalised menus prepared for you to take away. (If you wish you would also have the opportunity to visit the kitchen to see where your dinner is being prepared.)  RB and Terry will dine with you

Then, after breakfast, spend a private day in the Raymond Blanc Cookery School being taught by the school director, and a guided tour of our gardens.
