UK Team Triumphs in European Coupe du Monde

The UK Pastry Team, including Nicolas Bouhelier - sous chef-patissier at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, has scored a triple triumph in carrying off the coveted gold medal European Pastry Cup in Paris.
wining the top prize in front of a panel of judges, press and public
audience at the International Food Fair Europain, they also received
awards for the best sugar and best chocolate displays.

Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, Oxfordshire, with Martin Chiffers, executive
