Raymond Blanc's acclaimed five part
televisions series, The Very Hungry Frenchman, is repeated on BBC2 at
10am on Sunday mornings from 15 July for five weeks. Join Raymond and
his two commis chefs, Kush and Katie Beth as they explore five regions
of Raymond's home country, and cook for an invited audience of
discerning locals.
Beginning
in Raymond's home region of Franche-Comté, meet Raymond's family
including his beloved Maman Blanc, then travel to Burgundy, Lyon, Alsace
and finally to Provence.
