Raymond Blanc Ambassador for Thame Food Festival

“Fantastic Food Fun”

Lotte Duncan, Patron

Another amazing line-up for the Thame Food Festival, to be held on Saturday 29th September 2012, with stall holder numbers and festival attendees expected to exceed last year: all packed into the centre of this beautiful historic market town to enjoy a fantastic, free, fun packed, family day of food.

Festival ambassador Raymond Blanc is scheduled to attend and his reliable assistants from festival supporters Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Adam and Kush from the hugely successful BBC series ‘The Very Hungry Frenchman’, will definitely be there on the day.

Raymond Blanc will be signing copies of his books at  Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons exhibitor stall on Saturday 29th September between 11am and 12.30 pm and again between 2pm and 4pm.

At 1pm Raymond will perform a 40 minute cookery demo in the festival kitchen with trusted aide Kush also from Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, and the BBC's Very Hungry Frenchman, which could prove to be a festival highlight and will reveal some of his amazing cookery skills.

Towards the close of the day Raymond Blanc will shop from the exhibitor stalls at the festival for ingredients for the Aylesbury College Harding's Restaurant versus Mark & Adam from Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons grand finale cook-off at 3.45 pm.
