Raymond Blanc is to take on the role of Guest Editor for an issue of the industry magazine Caterer & Hotelkeeper. The issue is due to be published on 18 May 2012 and will look at a number of issues including:

• Sustainability inc sustainable luxury
• the legacy of Le Manoir

Executive Head Chef at Le Manoir, Gary Jones, will be photographed giving a masterclass on a specific dish from Le Manoir.
