As Ambassador for Sustain, Raymond Blanc will be attending the Sustainable Fish Forum to be held at the Fishmongers Hall in London on Monday 21 January 2013.
Raymond will be addressing the audience at the event, considering some of the challenges facing the restaurant industry in supporting the sustainable fishing movement.
