Over a three course dinner at Brasserie Blanc, Raymond Blanc will talk about where he finds inspiration in the kitchen, his evocative childhood memories of Maman Blanc’s wonderful French cooking, and, we hope, he’ll reveal some of his kitchen secrets...



Tickets cost £39.50 including a three course meal, a glass of prosecco on arrival, tea or coffee afterwards and a copy of Kitchen Secrets by Raymond Blanc,which of course you can have signed by the author.
