Join Raymond Blanc for a very special evening in association with the Thame Food Festival. Tickets are now on sale for Thame Food Festival's Evening with Raymond Blanc in the sumptuous private dining room, the beautiful La Belle Epoque, at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons on Monday 1st July.
You won't want to miss out on this magical experience which will include a fabulous four course dinner with champagne reception and drinks on the terrace. Limited to 50 places this unique evening will commence at 7pm with a champagne reception and canapés. Guests will be called to dinner at 8pm and enjoy a fascinating 20 minute talk by Raymond Blanc OBE before enjoying a wonderful four course dinner with wine, coffee and petits fours prepared by Executive Head Chef Gary Jones and his team. Raymond Blanc will give more fascinating insights into his world of food with talks between courses. This is a unique and very special opportunity to meet and learn from one of the true culinary superstars of our era.
It is Raymond Blanc’s inspiration and genius that act as an invisible golden thread for the Thame Food Festival. Many of the guest chefs each year have worked with him or trained under him, and his presence inspires the chef demonstrations; pushing each participant to greater culinary feats. It is his sense of community and a nation reconnecting with its food culture that is the founding ethos underlying the event.
