Award-winning cookbook author, cookery teacher and chef Alex Mackay, friend of Raymond's and alumni of Le Manoir’s famed kitchens, returns to celebrate the launch of his new book, Everybody Everyday.
He is the Merchant Gourmet cook, a regular on Ready Steady Cook and Daily Cooks Challenge, and patron of the Kids Cookery School. Raymond says of Alex:
