Happy Birthday Adaaaam!

Hello friends

I hope that on this day you will all join me to wish my wonderful Adaam a happy birthday.

Adam Johnson has been my development executive (a new title for your birthday, Adam!) for more than five years now. He has helped me in so many ways, it is impossible to count. We work together on so many different projects - videos, television programmes, recipes and countless other ideas. He is always there to talk and to listen too!

Of course Adam became famous almost overnight because of one sentence: during the first series of Raymond Blanc's Kitchen Secrets - where he was always there in the background, helping me, getting things ready and making sure I had the right ingredients and the right tools… and I said "Everyone needs an Adam in their kitchen!".



And, of course, this is still true. I wish you could all have an Adam in your kitchens, and I count myself very lucky to have him with me.
