A time to celebrate with the team at Le Manoir
Hello friends
In 1984, I said:
"Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons is the fulfilment of a personal vision, a dream that one day I would create a hotel and restaurant in harmony where my guests would find perfection in food, comfort, service and welcome."
In 2011, I truly believe that my vision has been realised. This year has been a wonderfully rewarding year, as we continue to grow, develop and nurture our young team. From apprentices to masters in their field, helping to shape the future of gastronomy.

On Wednesday 26th October came the greatest reward of all, when we celebrated the awards we’ve won so far this year with the whole team at Le Manoir. The main awards have been Hotel Restaurant of The Year and Manager of The Year for Philip Newman-Hall, at the industry awards known as The Cateys.
A huge debt of gratitude to Philip, Gary, Mourad, Benoit and every single member of the team for their consistent support in making Le Manoir the realisation of that vision of 27 years ago. Below is a list of just some of the fantastic awards we have won this year:
