A Young Chef to Watch!
Over the weekend I met a young man called Chris, who in the future will probably turn out to be one of the Great British chefs - he is only 10 but his whole life has been solely focused on food, cooking, linking food with our landscape and our heritage. It was such a joy for myself and the team to introduce him to our craft and passion.
Amongst the many dishes that he learnt, he did the famous exotic fruit ravioli with coconut sorbet....Which he thought was 'Delicious'.
Bravo Chris, it was a joy to meet you.
