Hello friends
You may not know it but I am a staunch supporter of Arsenal Football Club and of Arsene Wenger. To prove my commitment, I even have a restaurant there in in the prestigious Diamand Club. Today we are expecting to welcome 170 of our member guests: of course they will probably all come at the same time, but we are well battle worn. The challenge is to make a top class menu which will meet most tastes. For our lady guests the food will have to be extremely light, no cream, no butter, no fat, and then create simple but delicious food. For others, a few will want "football food" and others will want some of the most refined, elegant food. Of course there will be food for the children and for all special requirements (allergies, food intolerances....) To be a chef used to be so simple! We are playing west ham today, and with a win the food always tastes better! Bon weekend Raymond
